Biotech Risk Assessment for Biotech Investors

I am interested in informed opinions on a product that we are considering to launch.This product is a BioTech Risk Assessment, which is a formulated document that attempts to define the risk associated with any new product within the Biotechnology Industry based upon the underlying technology of the product (e.g., new drug). We have formulated an assessment which investigates the underlying novelty, market, and safety of the technology, in a quantitative manner. We feel that it will be of value to all investors, and so we are soliciting feedback on the perceived value of such an assessment. Your feedback on the need within the Biotech Investment community would be much appreciated.
